Yes its Data Support Center. I won't say which one. I will say I'm in the west area. but not all centers have tier 2 data coordinators.

in the Midwest teir 2 and the data coordinator team (allegedly called DSC in the west 😛) are seperate departments with teir 2 doing voice and data doing well.. data troubleshooting.
