whenever i try to go on get it now on my new razr v3c that i just got like 2 hours ago it says this..
"unable to retieve catalog. Please try again later. (1291)

If this is the first time trying to access Get it now, you need to power cycle off the phone, turn it back on and it should work...if not call CS, need to check to see if you have Natl Enhanced or Premium access enabled if you dont have VCAST.

Yes, but not online. Call Cs, can add those two features independent of Vcast. You need either Natl/Prem access or Vcast. Vcast cost 15.00 a month, Natl/Prem Free features. When people call to cancel Vcast, we have to activate Natl/Prem in order for the Txt/Px, mobile web to work.
