They're not locked they are just an additional $1.99 per topping. 😎 And you can only get them if they are Verizon Wireless Certified ingredients. We stole Pizza Huts pepperoni and put it through 3 years of testing, then released as a new item, and charged an extra $0.50 for ours 😎
