What is the deal with pricing on the Verizon website?

I am up for a new phone, and I've decided to get the e815 over the Razr (any comments on that decision would be appreciated), but noticed that they jacked up the price on all the phones $30 yesterday. I know the prices change, but how often do they change? I can wait a week to see if it goes back down, but I'm not going to wait much longer than that. Anyone know what the odds are the prices go back down in the near future?

VZW likes to "run specials" and they change these prices every week it seems. LOL

I have given up on trying to "beat" the internet store pricing...

I would say... come May and June... prices will go down. But if its a new every two situation, check how much longer you have to redeem the $50-$100 credit, then make your choice.

About the e815 vs the RAZR: Good choice in my opinion. I like the style of the razr (although, I must admit, its getting old quick). However, I think the e815 is a better "phone" with better features. The Vcast stuff... ehh, if you need an music player, then thats ok, but the bluetooth and the reception sells it for me. Good choice.

If you want an 815 I wouldn't wait, that phone is lible to go away soon. $80 bucks after instant rebat is still a good deal for that phone. Verizon ricing usually runs about a month, now buy one get one and weekly specials pop up here nad there but that phone could easily jump back up to $150 if they wanted, so I would go ahead and get it.

You could also try shopping around. Right now my company is lower than online for the e815.

Just to reiterate what the other two said, the e815 is a good choice over the Razr.

i agree E815 is a sweet phone thats what I would go with, as for pricing they do change depending on what specials are running im not sure that the price will drop within a week. 80$ is a good deal for that phone its a great phone. if thats what you want id just get it now, you'll be glad you did 30$ and all.
