v710 bluetooth settlement
if you bought a v710 before 1/31/05. you could have been included in a class action lawsuit over the v710 being advertised as having full bluetooth .but really only have bluetooth for ear pieces. and as of january of 2006. judge okd settlement for suit. but verizon screwed up on there v710 owner counts and had left out 60,000 or so people.so the settlement is in 2 groups know. as for 1st group are getting settlement information packets on how they can change out there v710 for any phone vzw has. and have a credit of what you originally paid for the v710 and certain accessories for v710 that can send in to get credit on , to use towards new phone and accessories. check howardforum.com , then under verizon wireless, then subforum for motorol...
