Payment
Just to let you guys know: in the northeast area (and I've heard this also applies to those in the South area), payments are no longer being processed by CS Reps.
Now, it is necessary to make payments via the automated system. If you call a CS Rep and ask to make a payment, he/she will transfer you to the automated system to process the payment unless you meet the following exceptions:
You are disabled and unable to press all of the keys involved.
You are driving.
You have a corporate account.
You have a disconnected account.
You don't have or remember the password to your account.
There's no charge yet to talk to CS for a payment but with $20 ESN changes, I'll imagine one would be coming soon.
