VZW #2 in Customer Service???
(the next statement is in no way a cop out or an excuse!!!)
.....but....phonepimp.....at least we're not #6 in customer service, Cingular could only manage to beat Sprint PCS (like thats a tough task)

Regardless. Our customer service owns. It takes like 10 seconds everytime i call to get to a live rep. plus with the amount they credit our customers, its ridiculous. 😁

With the attitude of you customer service people on this webpost (that of a Sprint PCS sales rep), holyer than thou, I will bet my left nut that VZW is in for a slide in the near future.. While others strive to be like VZW, VZW is now striving to be like Sprint PCS...

Yeah, everyday I wake up I ask myself how I can be more like a Sprint PCS rep....last place in everything I do 🙄
