no. it looks to me that the grey one is being held and the black one is laying on the stand. the bottom picture is definately all black. 2 colors of the same phone.

P/S--this phone better come out in all black, that black and silver looks ridiculous. Once again, vzn is about to ruin a great looking phone by messing with the color! Look at the popularity of the blade--black is back baby!

yea just the skinnable UI, I hope this phone is all black too I'm still not sure what to think about the pictures tho. I like the phone but if it's black and silver forget it. When your stuck with verizon you only have so many choices and I want my next phone to be all black or grey. What I'm really waiting for is the phone that will follow the e815 there was some grumbling about it on hofo. 😕 back to the waiting game 😢 🙂
