lol no problem, I think if its true about obex, that its a "software mistake" and will be fixed with another s/w upgrade, but we will only have to wait and see lol.

I have to wait for a bit, my laptop isnt b/t and my e815 now belong to my brother who's in flagstaff on business. he will be back later on today, hopfully this post will bring others who have the s/w upgrade and means to test out the rumor. soon my friend....soon 😁

It shouldnt. All of verizons device with b/t can send data, its the recieving part that pisses people off 🤣

Oh and I though I should tell you all, after the update, my Razr for some reason will longer show my wallpaper on the front LCD, its some kind of orange screen, I think it maybe a glitch. I really dont care that much since I dont look at that screen. I will try and fix it though. stay tuned for more info

Yes the UI is definitely faster, by about 500% it takes a little less than a second to load to the text messaging screen, but all other screen navigation is virtually instant. I did notice before the s/w upgrade that the more text messages, pix, etc I had on the phone, the slower the UI was. Inconclusive now. As far as the other updates go, believe it or not I never used so I cant give accurate info on those. My apologies

I have ver 02 using MPT with modded drivers so I can use all the features of the phone that's normally locked.
Will this new sw lock everything up again like with ver 03?

I could only pull info from the razr, not to it. I got the devices to pair with each other, but there was no options to search the other device. No option list at all.

Thanks for the update animosity- I knew it was to good to be true. I think it should be illegal for verizon to even advertise bluetooth.
