.04 RAZR firmware upgrade question (? for reps i think)

So I want to upgrade my RAZR but I have one hangup... when I NE2 upgraded my phone a month ago the rep never reset my NE2... so I still have it, needless to say I don't want any rep to review my account until I reuse the NE2... mostly likely online.

Do you think if I go in to the store to get the firmware upgrade they might check and see this error? Or will they just take my phone to the back, upgrade me, and send me on my way?

the techs will do the upgrade and they won't care. all we want is the tech services entry for the flash, and whatever data/acc sales we can get. the only time we care about your upgrade is if you have a broken/out of warrenty phone.
