i need some serious assistance!!!!!!!
my bill 🤠😢 ! i ran into a huge problem. my cell is my proprietary use phone and recently i had a trying time and overused it by a bunch. the bill for 2 lines rang in at $900.00 bucks. i called vaw and asked them if i could do a payment plan. and they said nope. my phones are still active and the bill is due next month but there is no way i'm gonna be able to pay that amount buy next month unless i hit the lotto. 🙄 .
can someone help me or give a clue as to what i should do?
what if i can pay half will they cut me off? what are somethings i can do? to stay afloat?

I apologize no one has answered ur question yet and that ur bill is so high. Please do us a favor and utilize all the options avalaible to manage ur account. In regards to payment options, or late fees, or deliquencies it might depend where ur account is based out of. What I do know is that financial services is department u need to speak to. Supervisors don't have a say on that stuff. If u make a payment of what u can this month then call financial services and advise them when u can make the next payment they might keep ur account for that promise to pay. I don't have there #
(example you get bill april 15th, due date is may 5th. pay as much as you can by the 5th then call fin services on may 17th)
depending on where you are located their number is different. for the midwest it is 866-266-1445 call that number and if you arent midwest they can give you the correct number. they will make arrangments with you once its past due we cannot make arrangments before that point.
