What is the difference between the Motorola RAZR v3m and the current one. looks like basically the same phone.

v3m is vcast music capable (plays .wma's like a mp3 player), has a memory card slot, a jack for regular headsets plus everything the v3c had.

Do you mean wired regular headset/microphone combos?
The main reason I haven't gone to the razr is the lack of a 2.5mm headset jack- I need a REAL wind blocking headset, and there isn't any bluetooth that does it sufficiently.

Sounds even better. Do you have a good ink I can look at? Also the W315 looks cool. I don't need all the crap- just the best PHONE and text messaging.

you can check it out here on phonescoop just search for razr v3m. also if you just want a good phone with txt messaging you dont even have to wait, get the fairly new Moto v325 its awesome for your needs, its sharp, durable, very clear display, good key layout, loud speaker, great reception, and it has vz navigator.
