One huge guy+a stolen phone= HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today I had a huge guy come into my store, and he set down his phone last night at a bar, and someone stole it! So I asked do you have insurance... His response, no it is pre paid,so I asked what kind of phone he had. He had two months earlier bought a 8100 from us at full price. He was pissed. I timmidly told him there was nothing I could do being an agent. I told him that he could take it to verizon, and report it stolen, and then tell the athorities about it. I knew this whole time he was screwed, and I found out a few minites later, that he was a bouncer at that bar. WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

With a prepaid phone, "who" he is could be totally fake. Probably was/is.
There is most likely a reason he doesn't want ANY traceable record of his calls/connected to his real name.

well i am the person who actually sold the big guy the phone...and yes he paid cash and paid for all the accessories..the whole 9 yards..but i dont have proof that he is really a bouncer but someone else that works with us knows him and seen him as a bouncer at a bar one night...so who knows for sure what he really does.......

I dunno about you but we require a goverment issued photo ID for ALL ACTIVATIONS! Even if it is pre-paid.
