Who is going to give helio a try. I think I might try, they are using Sprint coverage right now which sucks but plan on adding verizon. I think that is when I will pounce and get me a kickflip. Anyone else?

Could you tell me how exactly Sprint uses Verizons network?

It would be better if they used Verizon's customer service. When I was selling Sprint, I was on hold for 45 minutes on the agent line when I was trying to activate a phone while the customer kept getting more and more irate with me. I'd hate to see how they treat their customers if that's the treatment their employees get.

I agree Sprints CS sucks, but as far as coverage i do not see how they can use Verizons towers or is that false info.

It must be false unless it's roaming. They operate on completely different frequencies.

That is what i thought i am not into bashing other companies services for the simple fact that it all depends on where you are trying to get service. where i live sprint actually out performs verizon in coverage but as far as CS goes i'll stick with Verizon.

Sprint service is awesome when you can actually get a signal, but therein lies the problem.

if any of you guys have every reviewed a sprint coverage map. each one of the greens mean something different.

look at what all the different colors mean. you'll see that sprints native coverage is simular to t-mobiles. and most of their coverage is roaming. in my area we are sprint affiliates the "shentel market" and if you dont get that roaming add-on your coverage will suck. we were always told most of the roaming agreements were with alltel and vzw. mostly vzw.
