I recenlty bought a motorola h700 headset it sounded horrible returned it and got their h3 headset-sounded horrible. I called motorola and the tech said that nothing is wrong with the headset, but we design our headsets for gsm not cdma. I thought he was bs'ing me so I spoke with a supervisor. He told me that was true, they do design them for gsm phones. I asked him why his packaging says works with all bluetooth capable phones and his reply was " you shouldn't worry about that, you should be worried about verizon being the only company using cdma." 😲 My reply with him was Then why do you have an agreement with verizon to sell your headsets at the verizon stores. He said he was a tech. supervisor but I could be transferred to a csr.
