I don't understand why the person in the Verizon store didn't gimme a new phone for free. I mean, come on, it smelled so nice, and now my phone is treated for dandruff....
(funny cause that really happened, a cust. wanted a new phone cause the dumb braud took it into the sower to answer a call)
I work for Sprint. I took a sup call today, this lady was PISSED as hell. She dropped her phone in the toilet and expected us to replace it because the Sprint Store rep didn't tell her it wasn't waterproof. She had no insurance. It's hard to say you're SOL in a QA friendly fashion.
