I have read so much pro and con about the different Verizon phones that have come down the pike over the last few months, that one man's/woman's joy is another's poison. I have been using the RAZR for the last three months, and I think Motorola finally got it right. I also know there are a bunch of you who think I'm crazy! OK, here's my challenge to you. YOU design a handset, from any manufacturer, that you think would be the ultimate. Forget about the fact that technology evolves...we ALL know that already. Tell me what you would want to have on a handset TODAY if you could have it. I would really be interested in hearing from any of you about this.

okay, like an 815 in design but a full 400/300 visable screen, ability to pick up analog tv. xpandable memory, stereo headset. Oh yeah, and play video clips longer than half an hour so I don't have to chop up movies.

the razr with an outside display of the 8100,a flash on the camera( a 2+ megapixel camera) full bluetooth and expandable memory, fm radio, and better battery life. Or just release the nokia 6265 and i will be happy.

Yeahright, I am a little surprised. With the history that Nokia has had with Verizon service, what's the attraction of the 6265 that will make this a superior choice to the 6256i, for example? I find the Motorola phones to hang on to a signal a whole lot better than any Nokia I've used on Verizon, although I like the Nokia user friendliness. My RAZR just doesn't drop calls at all unless I'm going through a mountain pass, which is normal.

sure, it is simple, in the past nokia did their own thing with the chipset in phones and refused to pay qualcomm to use their setup, notice the back of all the phones say cdma by qualcomm. Well nokia finally sucked it up and paid to use the same chipset as the other phones on verizon network, as far as reception goes i had an 8100, wife uses 815, i am currently using razr and my friend uses nokia 6256, i live in a poor signal area and the razr seems to have more problems than the others listed when it comes to dropped calls and receiving incoming calls. now this nokia would be superior to the 6256 becasue i like the design and size better, easier fit in pocket, no ghetto antenna( the reason i got my razor) Also 2 megapixel camera- I actually...

wow, he can read my mind 🤣 The only thing i was going to add is that nokias are not carried by direct stores becasue of their build quality or reception but the fact that nokia tried not to sell out by going to serialized charging ports that verizon requires manufactuers to change every few years so you have to buy new ones, also the nokia had full bluetooth(wow imagine that) and no standard ui! That is why these have not been showcased by vzw. The 6305 slider will have serialized charging port no bluetooth, verizon ui, 1.3 megapixel camera and will be showcased by verizon because nokia finally sold out( but the 6265 is the last pure nokia we have a chance of getting, all from here on out will be verizon clones.
