85 percent...please check your references...the etf would only be waived if that area there is NO service...if he is just getting low service in that area it would only be due to interference or tower issues...the ETF WOULD NOT be waived in those situations
Yea i know. If we can prove he has no service outside his house, then we'd waive it. I've seen it done before.
