Rant: D**chebag in VZW Retail Store - Topeka, KS
I've had the best, and the worst customer service at this store during my 3 year relationship with them. But today probably topped them all. I've not met someone in a greater need of business/customer service etiquette.
I've been trying to decide between a Treo and a RAZR, it was really coming down to how "big" the phone felt in my pocket. So, I casually asked the customer service representative who by the way was literally standing in the middle of the store, hands in pockets doing nothing. An individual next to me had been previously approached and briefly helped, then he returned to his useless state. on a serious note sorry you went through that.
if you were in my store i'd let you put the demo or dummy phone in your pocket. if either were not available i'd let you put the actual phone in your pocket but only after two conditions: 1) you tear NO plastics off. there are people that will b*tch and complain and some cases not buy if plastics are gone.
and 2) after i feel you out and see if your purchasing anything today. if your a regular and too much of my time isnt compremised (i dont wanna miss sales) then i'll even b.s. with you. but i hate when people take up alot of my time (when there are sale ops) and they end up saying they are purchasing online, momma buying next month or some wack e...

LMAO. You can't tell which phone would feel more confortable a razor or a treo. I mean come on pal. There two totally different phones especially in size. It's not like your buying a car and its between a trailblazer or an explorer two very similar in size trucks. It's pretty obvious the razor would fit much better in your pocket. Also how could you compare between the two phones. One's a pda and ones a phone. Your making your choice on how it feels in your pocket? There used for almost two totally different reasons. I mean the guy sounded like a jerk that didnt help you out but cmon man your crying and moaning on here about something you could have figured out yourself.
