Also i understand that verizon has just entered the market in the PTT game. i am a firm believer in verizon and i know they will improve there PTT speed. For now i think they should work on coming out with new PTT phones real soon. There are a lot of people out there that need another reason to buy the PTT for verizon. First off with the phones, there are some plan in the works for some additional phone, release dates are unknown at tghis time though....go figure...as far as trhe connection times there should be a patch coming out farely shortly on those to shorten them considerably... I believe...key word is believe...not 100% sure though that you will be able to update this new patch by merely doing the update on your phone *228 option 1...can anyone back me up on this or tell me I'm wrong?

actually, that won't work. The phone has to be put to the computer and updated manually. *228 feature will only update the PRL in the phone..
