Reports are the the network is completely down from Bergen county and south through Delaware and MD, since about 7:45pm.

OUCH thats a bad outage. shouldnt take that long usually to get it fixed unless we are having to work with a third part to resolve the issue.

A blackout shouldnt cause huge network outages tho because all VZW switching centers have battery backup and on site generators. also all cell cites have battery backup and most have generators aswell.
