The Verizon Wireless website already has the phone available for $149.99 with 2 year contract & 199.99 with 1 year contract. If Verizon Wireless doesn't offer any rebates on this phone when I upgrade (should I buy this phone), then I get the full $100 instant credit since my last upgrade was 08/31/2004, and will only pay $49.99. I have yet to test the phone out further menu wise, if I want the phone or not.

I'm not a big fan of Samsung, and the 8300 has a better outside display. I haven't seen the 930 in person yet, but it looks really cheap to me. The fact that it's a Samsung backs that up in my head.

And, it's kind of like they took a step back and made a previous model to the a950...which sucked.

I like Samsung, and I really like the 950, so I'm not saying this because I'm against Samsung, but I tried the 930 and it SUCKS!!!! It does feel and look cheap!

I'm waiting for a demo model (real phone, not fake) of the Samsung a930 to come to Verizon Wireless stores to test it out. The size of it doesn't look much different from my Samsung a650. I tested the model at the Best Buy in Hobart Indiana, and some functions wouldn't work. That's why I'm waiting for it to come to the corporate stores. As for LG, I don't really like LG phones. They seem to be hit or miss when it comes to reception. I have 2 uncles with LG VX 6100. One uncle has it and a Motorola, and both phones only work outside. The other uncle has 4 LG VX 6100's on a family share plan, and only his gives him problems. My brother had to go back to using his LG VX4400 after his motorola V265 quit working only a year into his 2 yea...
