New customer question/same market #'s?

Hi i just ported in my number from tmobile yesterday and finally have indoor reception. THey are currently out of the NYC market, will I be allowed to have a 3rd number that woudl be based in teh central PA area? With the new every 2, has the 2 tier system gone into effect? the sales rep said not till the end fo the year. All my paperwork mentions both programs. any info woudl help thanks

Quick answers... no and yes, respectively.

Details: RNY (metro new york) and centeral pa are in two different market areas. if you got a 3rd line and wanted to keep your rny numbers, the closest area you can have the 3rd line out of is clinton NJ... that's essentially where the market changes.

NE2 tiered system began on February 5th (more or less a day or two). Depending on your price plan, the primary line will receive up to a $50 or $100 credit towards the purchase of a new phone in 22 with the renewal of a 2 year agreement.
