**** doesnt stink when they take a dump, because thats what they act like whenever Ive had to take care of a problem in the store.If Verizon had a perfect network than maybe I could understand,but theyve got network issues just like any other carrier.

its not diff with any other carrier. sales people are commision based, no matter what company your going to, its all comission, so if you go in with a problem, they wont get commision to fix it, so it just isnt worth their time. which indeed sucks

I believe that VZW should just bump up the sales people's hourly pay and do away with commissions. There is so much shady s**t that sales people do to customers and it gives VZW a bad rep.

even a bump in hourly won't change anything. any time you have quotas you have to meet that puts pressure on the sales person, and some can't take the pressure. thats when the shady stuff happens. Do away with quotas and possibly things may change. If you get rid of commission and bonuses the job isn't nearly as good. we might as well work at Target.
