Change of Responsibility
Got a question about financial change of responsibility...If a have my dad sign my line over to me will all my dates change or stay the same??? such as my upgrade date and contract end date??? just curious before i have him do it and then not get to upgrade like i want..thanks in advance

The only thing that will change is your contract end date! Your eligibilty dates remain the same!

your equipment change will not change, I do not agree with the above poster Im 80% sure the CED does not change either.

Contact end date does not have to change. In most cases the customers go onto a new plan which WILL resign the dates, however, if the customer has a single line plan (ie America's Choice 450) and not a family share, they can keep the same contract end date. If your on a family share plan, then yes, you must resign the agreement to take on a regular single line price plan.
