new phones for verizon
verizon has 10 new phones coming out by the end of the year...also our ptt system will be upgraded and blow nextel away...also we will have new plans like att's GO Phone plans...watch out cingular/att...verizon is finally playing hardball

No disrespect, but I'll believe it when I see it... it's all been said before. PTT was supposed to blow Nextel away the first time, and was comparable in testing... in the real world it was abyssmal. Your new PPD plans compete nicely with Virgin Mobile, but pale next to Cingular's 10 cents anytime plan for all but infrequent users. 10 phones that do what?
You have a long way to go, omar. Cingular doesn't need an "enhanced services network" for features to operate on. We have the largest call for free calling area in wireless. We have the goodies people are looking for TODAY. And we have the coverage, and its getting better literally EVERY day.

we don;t underestimar cingular at all... we have just been looking at the stats and they show that att's share in the market and their churn is dropping day by day. cingular holds its own. i'll give them that. but watch out for t-mobile...that's the new threat...they're coming fast
