Port/phone question, from Metro to Verizon...
Hey All!
A co-worker at work has an Audiovox CDM-8900 currently connected to Metro-PCS and is thinking about porting over to Verizon. Since Verizon sells this phone as well, would he be able to activate it onto the Verizon network? Or is something different in the software where it would not work. Your advise and opinions please!

There is a pretty good chance that this would work. Better make sure your friend doesn't have a contract w/ Metro though...
