Changing Phones
I thought I read it somewhere that you can change the phone you are using by simpling changing the ESN number from the verizon website...does anyone know this to be true?

yes, you can do an esn change in my acct located on our web page vzw.com
if the new esn is changed, turn off old phone, turn on new phone then dial *228 send and choose option 1
not all vzw phones can be activated--depending on your price plan and the phone you want to activate
