not if you are eligable for your NE2. and btw if you dont want to get a data plan then dont bother getting the Q. if you arnet using all the data features you are paying way to much for just a flashy phone.

NO! if they tell you that you have to just walk out with it and call customer care, the pay per kb is available for this phone! I highly suggest you jump in the q forum and check into disabling the connection on it so it does not auto dial the network and rack up kb's on you. But yes it can be done
