VERIZON needs to update their network or something
i switch from verizon to sprint a few weeks back and just can't believe how superior Sprint call clarity is. What can cause such a huge differences in one experience? i mean verizon calls where ok, but sometimes garbled and don't come in very loud. With my new sprint phone my calls are so crystal clear and loud. So how did verizon get this most reliable network label, they seem really sub par honestly.

Same technology.
What phone were you using on Verizon and
What phone are you using on Sprint.
Probably the answer...

on verizon i was using the lg 6100, im now with sprint and have the Samsung 920.

hah well no wonder why. the lg 6100 is a pos phone that was discontinued long ago and gets terrible reception and voice quality/dropped call prone too.
the 920 is like the top of the line sprint model phone. its the phones not the networks. and if you had got a good vzw phone you would have both.

hmmmmm well i guess there is allot to be said about which phone you choose. the one thing i liked about verizon was their customer service, call 611 zero zero and was talking with a care rep real quick, Sprint is well very frustrating in this area, but the sprint call clarity makes up for it. o well, i was just so blown away by the difference I just needed an answer.

Does Sprint still charge to talk to someone? I know they did at one point unless you were trying to make a payment..

If you are trying to state that sprint has a better network then verizon in ANY city in the US all you will get is laughed at.
however call clarity on one phone can be alot better then it is on another phone if you have a good voice quality phone with sprint and you had a lower one on verizon then you will get better clarity with the sprint phone.
