not sure. we've had it a week, and it's not all that great. no touch screen, regular moto battery, and takes a full freaking minute to boot up.

Its a Smartphone not a pda... keep that in mind. Normal diffrences is the touch screen. And the Q is honestly the best phone for the money. Bar none.. Untill the new Samsung "Smartphone" comes out for which ever gsm carrier.

Ok so either you simply the most bitter person in the world or you are not eligible to upgrade right now and can't afford full retail on the Q. It is by far the best SMARTPHONE on the market right now. In order to appreciate it, you must first stop comparing it to a PDA as it is not meant to be a PDA. IT IS A SMARTPHONE AND THE BEST SMARTPHONE MADE RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Generally the Motorola name is enough for me to walk away. I walk though it, messed with it a bit; I just think #1 it falls well short of the hype. #2 its functionality bites.

I haven't seen them. I don't really care either. I'm just saying what the hype was all about.

I have to say the Q rocks. I'm a manager for a corporate store and there is a ton of sh!t to remember. So I either end up carrying around a Franklin Covey book or a PDA. I used the Dell Axim X30 for 2 years which was awesome, but I never used half the features. The Q is small and gives me the basic PDA functions I need. It's definately not the savior of Motorola they made it out to be, but it's great hybrid phone.

VZW has sold approx 100,000 units since launch. It's selling quite well.

It will be the RAZR of the PDA world. Units sold in comparison to other PDA's anyway. I played with it the other day. Not bad. You have to be patient with the pushing "up" on the track wheel or "up" button. Push it, wait till it highlights the next item, push it, wait till it highlights the next item. Gayness, but oh well. I would sport it if I had a need for a PDA.

get a pda. This cannot edit attachments. The menus are sluggish. But VZW wants this sold soooo bad that they will sell this FULL retail to a consumer for less then they will sell it to the agents for resale...get that...
