Return to any store?
A buddy of mine bought a RAZR at a Circuit City Company store and now he wants to return the phone on day 9 out of 15.
Can he take it to any Verizon Corporate store to do the return?

Yes, as long as he has the box (with UPC still intact), all accessories (charger, manual, welcome CD) and original receipt.

Yes he has it all intact. He was unsure about the phone so I even convinced him to leave the protective plastic on the front and inside displays so the phone is perfect, not defective, he just wants something else.
Now out of sheer curiosity, what happens to a phone like that after being returned not defective and in what I would classify as out of box condition.
Does it get sent somewhere and automatically relegated to the "dreaded white box" and become an FRU for someone else or do you just spray it with some Windex in the back room....lol
