When I transfer my music on to the T-card. The phone(8300) says error message on protected files. I purchased the downloads and the license says it can be played on different devices. Whats up? Any software that can help. Some of my files say protected some don't. Thanks

the version that is downloaded to the handset is protected the liscence is saved to the phones memory so even if you got the music on the card it wont play without the liscence also being available.Hence it will work on the phone where the liscence is but not on another device.

however, when you purchase songs thru vcast music over the air a second copy is sent to your computer so you can download it there, without the special liscence, and then transfer it to all of your other devices without issues.

You'd have to transfer it to the card via the essentials kit cable... don't ask why, that's how it works. 😛
