VERIZON WIRELESS IS SENDING YOU THIS NEW CUSTOMER AGREEMENT AS PART OF THE SETTLEMENT OF A LAWSUIT.

THE COURT HAS NOT TAKEN ANY POSITION ON, OR APPROVED, ANY PART OF THIS NEW CUSTOMER AGREEMENT.

dont quote me but i think there a suit started a while ago vs airtouch long before vzw i believe all the result of the lawsuit was to send out a easier to understand contract or terms of service. does it say class action and campbell as one of the names

Makes sense,I just cant beleive somebody actually filed a lawsuit over how to read a bill, I realize the bill can be kinda confusing but aren't their more important things to tie up the court system, like somebody spilling coffee on theirself...
