What phone or PDA get the best reception

So i live at the University of San Francisco and Im having the hardest time findin a phone with good reception. So i was wondering if anyone can help me and let me know what the best phone and pda are for reception with verizon.

Motorola E815 or the LG 8300.. i fouond to be the very best in the RF dept. sry don't know about pda
