Depends on the location (as with any company). If the management and other employees are cool, then it won't be stressful.

I would not really call VZW a stressful company to work for. Although I do see people become very stressed because they are not able to attain there quota. Myself I have never had a problem hittng and over acheiving my numbers most every month.
