Can I have a Sprint branded phone and use it on Verizons service? Does Verizon "Unlock" the phones to be able to use em?

you will not be able to use a sprint phone on verizon service because sprint phones use pcs and verizon uses cdma, only other carrier phone that can be activated on vzw service is alltell

Sprint technology is based on CDMA, just like VZW. The PCS that they use is kinda like GSM based off TDMA
