email disappearing with Q
im using the regular pop retriever, and whenever i get new email, it replaces the old ones... meaning i cant access them at all. does anybody else have this problem? is there a setting or something i need to change?

Are you using gmail? If you are, it is a problem with the POP functionality of gmail. When you have it bring in the entire message and you read it, it takes it out of the pop inbox for some reason. The only fix is to bring in the first 5000 bytes or headers only. If you need the whole message forward it to a hotmail account. Hotmail is the only pop service that I have found that dosn't have this problem when you retrieve the entire message.

Just know that with Hotmail, you cannot have the Q automatically check the email. Yo have to manually send and receive emails. At least I have not found a way to make it autocheck my hotmail like I can have it do with my gmail.
