Easy Question
Somehow my indicator was turned off that tells me when a voicemail was left. I dialed my voicemail and spent time in general options, as well as other places. There is no option to turn voicemail day/date indicator on or off.. How do I fix this?

Don't know the answer to your question, however a helpful bit of info: If you press "5" during message playback, the voicemail system will tell you the date & time the message was left and the ph# it came from. This works for both new and saved messages.

go to your local store, or call customer service. Ask them to see if you account has "message waiting indicator" on it. If not then there is your problem. have them add it and you should be ok.

Dial into voicemail, choose option #4 for personal options, option 2 for administrative options, option 4 for , actually I don't know what that one was for, and 2 to turn it back on...if you want it. Otherwise what the other person said about pressing 5 while listening is better. That way you are only using your minutes if you absolutely need the envelope info.
