I hear you but I'm looking forward to something fresh, so I will give it a try. I do have some doubt about the slider durability and usefulness. For a short period of time I owned the Samsung T-809 through T-mobile and found it very difficult to carry in my pocket, if I can't throw it in my pants pocket without worrying, then it will be a no go. I read it’s very small.

I've got a kyocera Slider now and love it... Had no problems carring the phone in my pocket. I'm very excited about the Chocolate, I was afraid that I would have to go to a flip phone when I upgraded 🙂 .

i was wondering if anyone mentioning all these dates are right, because if you look at the picture of the chocolate the date on the fone is OCT 7th... and im guessing that is the release date. if you look at the new Samsung a990 that came out the date on the display is Jul. 6 which exactly when it was released to buy. so if anyone knows anything about that lemme know.. that was just a guess because everywhere i look about the chocolate it says a later date.. i really want that phone but my contract is going up next monday.. haha iono how long i can wait.
