Read the above link and comment if you’d like. The gist of the story is how T-Mob passed VZW to take #1 spot in customer satisfaction. I’m not a “Fan” of any wireless carrier and have expressed some dissatisfaction with VZW in the past. However, I guess a second-tier carrier who can’t pass the laugh test when they claim to have “national” coverage can become #1 in customer satisfaction if they kiss enough rear ends. They must be giving away a lifetime of free beer when you sign up for service?????????

T Mobile always ranks #1 or #2 with customer service. While their networks leaves a little to be desired, their customer service is always top notch in every survey.

First of all; T-Mobile is my second favorite cell phone carrier. But the fact the they have great customer service is not enough for them to compete with the big boys. On Q2 2006 T-Mobile net adds were a disappointing 650,000. This is very sad for T-Mobile who claims to give so much 'more' and still; they lose more!
