Time zone differences

My phone is registered on the east coast. So if I go across the country towards the west coast, do I still have to wait until 9pm their time before I get unlimited night minutes, or would they still start at eastern time?

9pm whever you are at, so if your in California it would be 9pm there, and 12am here
