I was reading about the chocolate release on engadgetmobile.com and it said something about Verizon dropping the $15 fee for V-Cast...making downloads two bucks for dual PC and phone downloads...

Does anyone know if this only applies to customers who purchase Chocolate phones or can anyone with a V-Cast phone stop paying the $15 fee????

If you want mobile web you could just pay $5 a month (uses your minutes compared to unlimited for $15) as far as Vcast videos, im not sure, I am not in a VCast area and dont have any experience with it.

You no longer have to subscribe to Vcast to access the music catalog is all that changed. You still have to subscribe if you want the videos and unlimited mobile web.
