Speakerphone... seriously!!

How often do you really use it!?! I have had speaker-phone on my last 2 phones and almost never used it. It's too quite in my car due to the noise of traffic, and I don't use it at my house because I can't walk far away from it anyway! Use a bluetooth headset, gees! complaining about how the chocolate doesn't have speaker-phone... it has bluetooth, use the better feature! Thats like complaining that your 1.3 mega-pixel phone doesn't have a vga camera ability.

I'm with you on that. Then again, they'll complain about having to pay sooo much for a BT headset, or that they feel weird using one. They're never satisfied.

I mean, I honestly do see how it is convienient at times, but the majority of the time I would MUCH rather just use a bluetooth headset than speakerphone. It's... better!

I totally agree with you that it's better. Try convincing them that.
I love using my headset and hate to hold the phone to my head, it gets quite annoying. It's especially beneficial when I'm at work and need to have my hands free.

I personally could care less about a speakerphone too! But you know how people are, they will always find SOMETHING to complain about. If it wasn't that it would be something else. I've been using the Chocolate phone since this morning and so far so good.

I use my speaker phone all the time. If you get a decent phone, you can use it in the car, clip it to the visor, and it works great, loud and clear...I have the lG 8000, and that phone has an awesome speaker phone in it, I know other people that have the same phone, and they use the speaker phone feature, and most of the time, you can not tell they are on a speaker phone. If you get the free phones, well, you get what you pay for.

I use my speakerphone when I need the convenience of immediacy without reaching for my wired earbud. The wired handsfree system is perfect for my needs.

When I purchased my E815 I was talked into buying the Bluetooth accessory. I used it for no more than a couple of days before returning it for credit.

I don't have that many contacts, who are CONSTANTLY on the phone with me. I see no point in wearing the damn thing on my ear all day, just waiting for a call. Some folks may consider a Bluetooth earpiece a macho or fashion accessory. Not here.

I realized that in order to use Bluetooth, I had to keep both phone and earpiece in constant radio communication, even when not on a call. That may be fine for those enamoure...

I'm amused, but not too surprised, I guess, if people out there consider those things "macho". They're incredibly goofy looking to me!

I use my bluetooth a lot, where I live I have bad reception inside, so I leave my phone next to a window then use my bluetooth to walk around inside my place, works pretty well. But I wouldnt dare be caught outside wearing it and looking like an arrogant douche.

I use BT about 90% of the time, but I have long hair, so you can't even see my headset!

I use my speakerphone maybe 1 or 2 times a month. It may not be alot but when I'm with some friends and people are trying to plan stuff, I hate relaying the call. It isn't the fact that the chocolate doesn't have a speakerphone and most people don't use speakerphone. It's the fact that the high end phone is missing an option that every single available phone has these days. Sure I can buy a BT Speaker to mimic the abilities of other phones, but why should I have to buy and carry around extra equipment for something that should have been included. Comparing BT to Speakerphone is 2 very different things, just because you use one more then the other, doesn't mean the rest of us do.

I love using speakerphone, but I hate BT headsets! I love how are people on this website try to tell other people that a feature isn't that big of a deal....HELLO! maybe not having a speakerphone is a deal breaker for some of us who use theirs 50% of the time they are on the phone.
