Why aren't there any cool VZW phones

I just don't understand why VZQ never picks up the coolest phones that are coming out. Is it because they are all GSM?

Does anyone know if VZW plans to upgrade to that standard?

It just seems that all the phones they carry are lame. Even if the features are the same, the form factor is disappointing.

For example, I don't know of any VZ phone that slides around to expose a full keyboard or a large screen.

Your thoughts?

The phone you are refering to is the Kyocera KOI which is the manufacturer of the Slider phone(which we do offer) and from what I have been hearing will be released sometime soon(cannot give a date at this time) in time for the release of EV-DO and the rerelease of Push-to-Talk. That's what I hear anyways.
