My contract will be up at the end of the month of August--however, I need a phone now. (My battery is crap)

Is it possible to renew your contract anytime...and when renewing it,-buy a new phone at that contract price? Like new every 2, but mine would be new every 1.

I'd just like to buy a new phone now instead of waiting a month so I can learn it before college starts again

thanks

p.s. the chocolate doesn't have flash on its phone. that sounds pretty important, doesn't other phones have flash, i.e. vx-8300?

So if I have this right, You signed a 1 yr contract last time. Right???

I Will assume that is it for right this second.

Now when was that contract signed. If it was signed in August of last year, then you would be eligable for an upgrade 10 mo after that...so that would be the end of June and you would be leigable now.

If you signed the contract last August, then yes you can sign a new contract now and get the discounted price on the phone.

No remember, that is all based on a 1 yr contract. If you signed a 2 yr contract last summer that all changes.

With a 2 yr contract and wanting to upgrade after one year then a couple things have to be happening. First, you have to have had the phone for 12 mo (1 yr) and laso you have to be...

That all depends on how much you pay per month for that one phone.

This should be almost every thing you need to know!
Basically, if you signed a 1 year agreement last Aug. you are eligible now to upgrade!
If you signed a 2 year agreement, you have to wait 22 months.

Now if 1 of your lines is on an $80 priceplan this lines qualifies for merits rewards i have also included the link for merits rewards!

are you serious?

the point of merits is that merits members (its a free program) get free phone book transfers in stores, 25% off accessorys, and can upgrade every 12 months (those on 59.99 or higher can also upgrade every 12 months but cannot do the first two things)

ne2 gives you a free phone every 22 months, early upgrade is not free it is for the normal list price (ie 119.99 -50$ rebate = 69.99). what you see on the website

Hey MidnightDT... When you say $59.99 per month, does that include if you have a Blackberry with a voice and data plan of 79.99 a month?
