hunny are you really going to build your debate on 5 points? when both VZW and T-mobil are above the industry average?

Verizon only has 3 debate points! Coverage in the "Rockies", JD Powers, and Consumer Reports"

No its just that the Verizon reps when stumped about not having what other carriers have, drop back and punt the JD Powers ball.

I suspect when they no longer have those 'surveys' they will have faetures and pricing like the others and this will hurt them more than the others because they are held to a certain number target and each time they add a "free' or customer favorable feature like the others, it will cost them.

But its not your beloved Cingular that won the award.. So I'm sure you will pretty much disregard it as fiction and not fact.

Good for T-Mobile (no KingFrog it's not TEEN-mobile) and to work that hard to get the award then they deserve it.

Even the sun shines on a dog's butt some days. Congrats to them and congrats to us for adding 1.5 million subs.

Just curious if anyone looked at the other customer service rateings they do with other industries? The others all seem to be done on a 1000 point scale... If the same scale was used on the wireless industry then holy crap.... its like saying, "Yay! we are the best of the most hated industry out there!"

Even the worse of the auto industry did better then any of us. I can see the future on this instead of compairing poor service to Car sales, they are going to compair it to the cell industry.

They need to take alook at these companies like lincoln or Fedex and so on that are scrapeing the 1000s and start doing what they do.

I hate to mention this (actually not) but people already are associating Carrier sales reps to car salesmen. And yes Cell phone sales are beneath car sales as an industry. Since when was the Cellular phone industry a respected industry? Not yet, People may need and like the product but hate the industry.

You just learned that?

No, I actualy knew this from last year rateings when Verizon got top spot but they also told me that they were significantly below other industries and we needed to work on our quality alot more. I wonder what last year's scoreing was.

I'm not sure Wynne. I never kept up with it as much as I should have.

Since T-mo won the award, VZW gotta get their butts in gear. Consider the subscriber difference yeah I can definately see a larger margin of unsatisfied customers.

Statisically the report is a sham due to the very small sampling pool - "The 2004 Wireless Customer Care Study is based on 7,469 wireless users who contacted customer care within the past year." Copied from the JD Powers report.

The report is based upon rough 7,500 users? What a joke.
