A couple of years ago I picked up the corporate discount. Now I went to go get the military discount apparently its a higher percentage and they said they wont give it to me because I have the corporate discount. Doesnt make any sense, take off one put the other one on. Any Help?

You are correct. If you are eligible for more than one discount you will always get the larger discount. The only thing is, you will have to reapply for the discount using your military ID the same way that you applied for your discount on the corporate side.

When the paperwork is received and they see that the new discount is a larger amount, you will be switched to that discount. Hope that helps.

Your best bet, if you are getting a military discount is to use the faxback line. It just requires that you fill out a form and fax it back wtih a copy of your military ID. I can't remember the # offhand for the faxback line, but you can call CS and get it.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that our military discount is less than what some of the other discounts are. We have a Caterpillar plant near by and all their employees get 20%, same as postal workers! where as my hubby as a military servicemember only gets 15%. Put your life on the line and defend our country for 15%, or walk around a couple neighborhoods avoid the occasional dog barking, and get 20%? I'm sure there is some tier to where each company lands under the discount mark, but honestly! I think they need to re-do their discount scales.
