LG VX8500 Chocolate
I'm thinking of purchasing this phone (new every two). It seems decent enough but I have a few questions:
1. How is the battery life? (talk time/standby)
I know what I've read on the Verzion website but in practical use, that's not accurate. I imagine that the MP3 player puts a drain on battery life pretty bad.
2. How is the reception?
I know a little about cell phones but not a ton. I really just want a sleek, good phone w/ a camera. I like the Q but it has much more than I really need.

The straight usage time on this phone can vary from 2.5 - 3.5 hours of straight usage depending what all you have going on. From what I have heard, for the average user (occasional mp3 usage, and about 30-45 mins of talk time per day) they are having to re-charge their phone after about 3 days of use. To me that's not too bad....but that's just me.
