I wrk for cing, but i have verizon I knw the tricks to get a different model for cing but what about verizon, my phn sucks the volume is so low i cant hear ppl, and when i try to replay a vm message it gets all slow and you cant understand the message

I think you may be trying to replay the message by hitting the number 4. 4 slows the message down, 6 speeds it up. Try just hitting good ol' number 1.
